NOW HIRING ~ KITCHEN MANAGER ~ SAVANNAH GA
Golden Corral is the BEST family-style buffet and grill restaurant chain
in America. Our guests feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment
they enter our doors, and so do our management team members. Both Inc.,
a franchisee of Golden Corral with 18 locations in MD, VA and GA.
Kitchen Managers are cross-trained in all skill positions within the
restaurant but with the focus on kitchen operations and gaining
knowledge of operational tasks including ordering, receiving, storage,
and menu planning. At Golden Corral all salaried managers complete a
comprehensive 11 week training program at the Golden Corral Training
Restaurants in Virginia Beach and Newport News VA, followed by 2 weeks
of training at Golden Corral's corporate HQ in Raleigh NC before
becoming a Certified Manager.
The Kitchen Manager annual compensation ranges from $40,000 to $45,000
plus benefits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
It is critical that our Kitchen Managers have a very
positive "can-do" attitude, a desire to learn and grow, and good
communication skills. At Both Inc. our Kitchen Managers must be able to
effectively communicate with a group of diverse customers and employees.
At least three years restaurant experience is required in management
capacity. The Kitchen Manager position is a 55 hour/5 day work week,
with a weekend off every 8 weeks. Our Managers work a varied
schedule including early, mid, and late shifts, and must be able to work
most weekends.
