CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR, SAVANNAH, GA
Full time position with an electrical contracting company that involves
coordinating various contract requirements and providing administrative
organization for electrical construction projects.
This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
and the ability to work effectively with other individuals including
customers. PC based computer skills are required to generate letters,
schedules, registers, logs, and proposals using Microsoft Word, Excel
and Windows XP.
The responsibilities of this position include organizing construction
project information pertaining to materials, labor, schedules, contract
documents, submittals, budgets, proposals and letters for various
construction projects. The successful candidate will maintain job a
tracking system for several projects with budgets sometimes totaling in
excess of a million dollars. If that successful candidate is you, you
will handle requests for information, change orders, and field
directives working with superintendents and project managers to provide excellent
customer support, quality control and project profitability. You will
provide assistance with preparing bids, proposals, reports and other
project information and communication.
This position requires the ability to work full time during normal
business hours and occasionally evenings and weekends.
